Wynn

Wynn Wizard - our customers tell us it is easier to use than Kurzweil and does more of what they need.  It is always a colour version, not just black and white.  Pricing is excellent.  Call us for a demo CD and pricing information.  Also available in network or stand-alone versions.

WYNN is the innovative literacy software tool designed to enhance success for individuals with reading challenges and writing difficulties. WYNN was developed with the help of special educators and individuals with learning difficulties. By using a bi-modal approach — simultaneous highlighting of the text as it is spoken — WYNN transforms printed text into understandable information that benefits readers of all ages.

Two versions available

WYNN is available in two versions: WYNN Wizard and WYNN Reader. Both versions read text aloud while highlighting spoken words, include the four color-coded toolbars, and provide reading, writing, studying, productivity, and Internet features.

bulletWYNN Wizard, our premier product, includes optical character recognition (OCR), the ability to scan printed pages and convert them into electronic text. Speech synthesis enables this scanned text to be read aloud. Additionally, WYNN Wizard can read word processing documents, PDF files, text files, and the Internet.
bulletWYNN Reader includes all features of WYNN Wizard except OCR, or scanning. Additionally, files that have been previously scanned and saved using WYNN Wizard can be read with WYNN Reader.

We provide Network-enabled versions of both WYNN Wizard and WYNN Reader.

New WYNN Presentation CD and Updated Training Module CD now Available

WYNN users will want to take advantage of some new and updated training materials available from the Freedom Scientific Learning Systems Group (LSG).

For those who are unfamiliar with WYNN or are considering a purchase, a free WYNN Presentation CD is now available. The CD features a three-minute overview of the benefits that WYNN brings to individuals who struggle with reading and writing, as well as a 10-minute demonstration of how to use the exciting new features in WYNN 4.0. For more information or to receive your free copy, please call us.

The WYNN Training Module CD, released earlier this year, has also been updated with information on the features found in WYNN 4.0. This multimedia training program is a self-guided training tool that enables users to successfully use WYNN. The WYNN training module can be used to introduce new users to WYNN or as a refresher for more experienced WYNN users. It is designed with tabbed toolbar sections, making it easy to learn about or review specific features on each of WYNN's toolbars. The individual toolbar training modules can be accessed by selecting a toolbar tab within the training module CD.

To get the WYNN Training Module CD for $25 US plus shipping, please contact our us.
